Pool Rules
  1. All members and guests must check in with the gate attendant. Provide the attendant with your last name and the first names of all members checking in. Allow time for the attendant to record the names before entering.

 

  1. Guests can only be signed in when the member is physically present and accompanies them to the gate. Guests are not permitted to sign in under a member’s name who is not at the pool. Members under the age of 18 are only permitted to have two guests at the pool without an adult member present. Guest fees must be paid using a pre-paid guest pass or cash provided to the gate attendant. Member accounts cannot be billed for guest fees.

 

  1. Only one registered caregiver/ babysitter is permitted to be at the pool with child members at a time. If additional caregivers are present at the same time, they must pay the guest fee. Guest fees apply to anyone other than the registered caregiver and member children. Once the adult member arrives at the pool, the caregiver must leave or pay the guest fee.

 

  1. Memberships cannot be shared across multiple households. General family memberships are for the member, spouse, and unmarried children under the age of 25 years old that reside together in the same household. Families caught violating this policy are subject to temporary suspension of their membership, and possible termination and loss of bond.

 

  1. Please observe the 15 mph speed limit on Aqua Drive. There are a number of kids that live on and walk along Aqua Drive, so please drive slowly.

 

  1. Do not park on Aqua Drive. If the main parking lot is full, use the overflow field parking or in certain cases, you may use the community center parking lot.

 

  1. Other than lap swimmers, no members are allowed to enter the pool grounds before opening. During this time, the guards are busy with maintenance and opening activities. The gates will be closed until the scheduled opening time.

 

  1. Members must be at the pool in order to occupy a table. Members cannot place items or clothes on tables to reserve them if they are not at the pool. Management will periodically circulate to enforce this rule on busy days.

 

  1. Clean up your table and remove all trash when you leave so it is ready for someone else to use. Remind your children to clean up after themselves when using the playground, basketball courts, gaga pit, and pavilions.

 

  1. Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult while at the pool. Members with children must exercise appropriate supervision while children are in the pool or playing on the grounds. When using the baby pool, please be at the baby pool with your child(ren).

 

  1. Disposable swim diapers must be worn by children who are not toilet trained. Proper swim attire or clothing garments are required to be worn by adults and children at all times.

 

  1. Only swimmers who have passed the deep water swim test are permitted to use the diving board. Parents cannot catch a child going off the diving board. No goggles or flotation devices are allowed to be worn while going off the board.

 

  1. No food or drinks in the pools, on the lower deck, or sitting along the wall of the baby pool.

 

  1. No glass bottles and no tobacco products (including e-cigarettes and any vaping devices). Smoking is not permitted in the parking lot or anywhere on the property.

 

  1. Behavior issues will be monitored and tracked. All members, guests, and caregivers must exhibit respectful behavior and abide by the rules. The following issues will not be tolerated and will subject to the warning system described below.

 

  • Excessive noise or screaming
  • Roughhousing or fighting
  • Destruction or damage to pool property or items owned by the pool
  • Public urination
  • Defecating in the pool

 

Violation #1 – Verbal warning by Pool Manager

Violation #2 – Written warning by Pool Manager

Violation #3 – Written warning by Pool Manager and Board of Directors, may include temporary suspension of member privileges

Violation #4 – Removal of member privileges

 

  1. Please observe all pool safety rules. The on-site manager and guards have the sole discretion to enforce all safety rules and prevent any unsafe activities. If you have any questions or concerns while at the pool, please raise them with the on-site manager. Do not distract the guards while they are on duty.
